Nina and her staff treat my dog great. He gets a great hair cut and isn't scared to go the groomer which is surprising as he doesn't like to go anywhere, which tells me a lot.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! PLEASE SPARE YOUR DOG! I wish I could put ZERO stars!!!!My poor golden doodle suffered severe cuts to his ears from Nina!! It looks like 3rd degree burns and now he's on 3 different round of anti biotics! He has been groomed many times and never had a problem. These people need to be shut down!!! I am getting a lawyer to sue these people because it's disgusting. They also butchered my cavalier hair. Please do not go for your dogs sake!

My dog was brought in for grooming and Nina made a significant cut in the dog's ear. She called me and said that I immediately needed to take the dog to the vet because the dog was bleeding. When I picked the dog up she insisted that I pay her for the dog's grooming. Regretfully I paid her and did not argue because I wanted to get the dog to the vet quickly as possible. I also was totally in shock when I saw my dogs ear because the cut was pretty significant. The dog had to get stitches and wear a cone on her head for 10 days, so she would not reopen the wound as well as take antibiotics. The dog also was not completely groomed and her nails were not cut. The dog also has a piece of her ear missing. Nina never even called to see how the dog was and at no point was she apologetic for what transpired. I am now in the process of disputing the charge with American Express. She was not truthful to her response to American Express. She claimed that the dog's ear was only nipped despite the bill from the vet which indicated that the dog needed stitches and that it was my decision to take the dog to the vet, when she was the one who told me it was an emergency and that I should take her to the vet. She also never finished cutting the dog's hair or trimming the dog's nails. Apparently $60 in charges is more important to Nina than her integrity than keeping customers happy.

Never again will i take my three schnauzers to this place.Customer service was horrible. They told me my dogs would be ready at 3.At 2 they called me to say they won't be ready till 4.They charged me$200 and their haircuts were horrible.Looks like they were in a rush and shaved parts that were supposed to be long very short and uneven areas. They really need to go back to dog grooming school.I will go back to my old dog groomer in astoria Queens who's exellent and cheaper even if it means driving 35 miles.GOOD RIDDANCE! !
