The entire staff handled my little man so well with care. Doctor was so informative and attentive to any questions I had and understood my request to take him to a different room to administer his shots so I did not cry. The fact I received a call the next morning to check on him was a bonus and sealed my decision on using them as our new vet.

Every time we go to the vet it is a calming and anxiety-free experience. The techs are wonderful and gentle with my panting and shivering dog, and the vet takes time with her and I to explain everything that is going on and give good, cost-effective recommendations. The front desk staff is also courteous and efficient.

This Veterinarian clinic is Amazing! I had to let a few days passed by so I can write this review, as I am still grieving the lost of my 13 year old Max. I called that morning because a friend of mine gave me amazing recommendations for this place, and I am thankful I listened and contact this clinic. I knew hard moments were coming and broke down as I was trying to set my appointment, and the receptionist helped me get a quicker appointment that morning to come in . My baby fur was almost 13 years old, the last 9 months living as a diabetic dog and things just started changing for bad., until I got there and Dr. Pagano confirm it was time for my little Max to rest. Of course it was the hardest , saddest and most difficult time in my life., but the compassion, care, and time that Dr. Pagano and her assistant gave me that day , made that loss a little less painful. Thank you Dr. Pagano for being so supportive and kind and understanding the painful loss I was going thru. I will never forget the caring and kindness from you and your assistant that day. 9/25/2025. Max is in heaven now and I got his ashes back and he is home again 😭🌈🫶🏻🙏

To me all the stuff at Dove Creek it’s great, they are always very kind and interested in Goyo’s health. Dr. Pagano, she is so caring and honest, she always looks for what’s best for Goyo, and she is very experienced. I had kind of emergency with Goyo so I went somewhere else, they gave me a scare about his condition so I made an appointment as soon as I could with Dr. Pagano, she put mi mind at ease and gave him the medicine he needed. When I go there they show so much understanding on the situation, that I can tell all they do is to be on service in the best possible way. I am really thank full for all the stuff at Dove Creek, specially Dr. Pagano. So I didn’t know how to make a new review, so I am updating an old one. I just took there a kitten that I am watching for a couple of weeks, they fit him right always on the schedule I was concern if she could had parasites only about 4 or 5 months old. Dr Pagano did a full exam on her, gave her the dewormer and her first shots, omg she was so good!! She distracted her with food and she didn’t looked like she was getting her shots! I was really surprise!! She is the best vet I had ever seen, she is so caring, experienced, if you met her in person you will understand what I am talking about, I have to say I don’t like visits to doctors and she always is so easy going she puts my mind at ease. I trust her with all the fur babies that come across my way. ❤️😻😻

We love our new Vet & Staff at Dove Creek. We moved to Denton and read great things about this office. Our old vet recommended them too! Clean facility, great location & friendly staff. Vet was very nice and knowledgeable and dogs were not nervous during their appointment! Dogs loved the treat jar too!
