The Banfield hospital is amazing and the lady is very knowledgeable, friendly and understanding. Thank you April for all you do with the clients you have

I love the way my pets and those of my family are treated by the tech staff. There is one part that needs improvement, in my opinion. When you arrive, you are not checked in quickly. Staff is always preoccupied, no ill be with you in 3 minutes or any type of greeting. I'm sure they are on business calls, but I believe the people who show up should have priority.

We are most greatful for the after hours emergency pet care hospital. My friend's dog, Kihfi, had been severely bitten by a pack of coyotes and was needing care and medications. The doctor and staff on duty took vital signs and shaved off her hair to expose the wounds. The care Kihfi received was exceptional. They said it was a miracle that she survived. The healing was successful and there were no problems with infections. It is our go to place in the High Desert for emergency pet care.

I adopted my cat 5 days ago from Petsmart. This was her first exam. I feel she was treated very well and I believe the examination was thorough. Everyone was very nice.

Pretty upset after taking one of our cats here. We explained multiple times that we just adopted a new cat (from petsmart) that seemed to be sick and took our older cat in to be checked out as they were all experiencing signs of an upper respiratory infection after he was introduced. They determined it was stress and sent her home that afternoon. We are pretty good at knowing their patterns/ behaviors and they didn’t even take into consideration what we had told them, it’s also not the first time we have introduced a new pet to these two cats. We still attempted their recommendation and bought a calming diffuser, cleared out their room of any clutter to give them more room even took the dog out of that room for them to relax. A week later and they are all not getting any better but worse. Now they have mucus, sneezing and swollen eyes, no energy and mucus in their stool. All getting along but it’s “stress”. I would never take my pets here again they seem to not know how to diagnose pet issues, it’s a pretty costly mistake as now I need to treat three instead of two cats.
