Banfield Pet Hospital

My dog Roxy went to Banfield for years. The people were friendly and helpful when my dog passed away. Thank you for showing compassion during our time of grief. Dr. D and Dr. Nunes did everything possible to help her and I am grateful for that. Dr.D ‘s vet tech was a sweet and kind girl and the girls at the front desk. Thank you for everything. Sorry I am not good with names but I just wanted to say Thank you all so much.

I LOVE the veterinarians at BANFIELD, they are through and caring. They're knowledgeable and will talk to you, not just there to make money, there to keep/ get your pet healthy.

Our family has been with Banfield since 2015. Exceptional veterinary care has been provided to what is now three dogs. We love our Vet!!!!

Ridiculous and unprofessional. Their online system is faulty and let's multiple people book the same appointments, and this is an ongoing issuing per their staff. I arrived with my new puppy who is due for his vaccinations and medications, only to be told to show them a confirmation email because they had no idea what I was talking about. I had the digital proof of my appointment confirmation, but that didn't matter. The staff member was extremely dismissive and rude. She said this happens often, corporate knows, oh well. I asked why I didn't receive a phone call or email saying my appointment was given to someone else. I have young children and work long shifts at the hospital, so this day and time has been specifically designated for our newest addition. She said they should have called, but she doesn't know why they didn't, once again, "oh well, too bad". No apology or even mild understanding. Absurd. I should have known better than to go to a chain vet. Never again.

Banfield has always been there for me in my emergencies when my dog swallowed plastic or anytime he was sick. The staff is always kind and friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for Dr. to take care of their fur baby. Pam and “Charlie”
