Hollywood Feed has been amazing with all our puppy needs! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They are also super patient with our puppy who still needs some practice in public. 😄

Hollywood Feed is basically a dog mall, and Bodhi and Lottie treat every visit like a very important shopping spree. If a dog could possibly need it, Hollywood Feed has it. Toys, treats, chews, beds, and a whole aisle of things I didn’t know existed but somehow can’t leave without. They also carry our dog food, Fromm, which is a lifesaver because it’s super nutritionally balanced and approved by my two very opinionated taste testers. Bodhi and Lottie take their meals seriously, and Hollywood Feed clearly respects that level of sophistication. Every trip ends with happy dogs, wagging tails, and me wondering how I spent more money than planned… again. Worth it every time. Bodhi and Lottie absolutely LOVE Hollywood Feed, and honestly, I do too!

I've used Hollywood feed for several years now and typically just use their delivery services. Yesterday we found a puppy abandoned on our property. She was a bit dehydrated and malnourished. Non emergent, but never-the-less. We went to your store in Simpsonville, SC to get the puppy some more nutritious food and see what we can do to help her out until we could bring her to my vet next week. Let me just tell you, Grace was AMAZING! She asked and answered lots of questions about the puppy. Using some photos to help get an idea. She was clear she wasn't a vet, and heavily encouraged a vet visit. (Which we will) She was eager to help us get the puppy a diet that would be helpful in her immediate state. Graces natural ability to organically spill knowledge without it being overwhelming and with it catered to the conversation was spot on. When the kids got a little overwhelming for me she kindly gave me some space to think on what I wanted to do and handle them. Everything she did, from the greeting when we opened the door to a busy store to the final choices and cash out, Grace didn't skip a beat. There are many moments in the interaction that stood out but not enough space to tell about them. It's been a very long time since the customer service in a retail establishment has been as great as this. The knowledge, professionalism and compassion that Grace showed was exceptional. Thank you!
