She has been supporting us since before we even brought our Samoyed, Ollie, home. As first-time dog owners, we were naturally anxious, but Jussara was incredibly attentive and guided us through every step of the process. Her support started long before formal training even began; she has always been available to answer our questions with patience and expertise. ​Ollie completed his four-week board-and-train program this June. When he arrived, he was quite stubborn, insecure, and struggled with separation anxiety. Jussara worked wonders with him—and us—throughout the month. She even went the extra mile by coming to our home to train him in his own environment, which made a world of difference. ​Today, Ollie is like a completely different dog. He is obedient, fully potty-trained, and his behavior has improved drastically. It is clear that Jussara treats every dog as if they were her own; she pours so much genuine love and respect into her work. On top of her training expertise, she also provides dog sitting, which gives us incredible peace of mind knowing Ollie is in such a safe and loving environment.
