My beloved Pomeranian visits every 2–3 weeks for his little refresh, and there is truly no one we trust more than Hannah. She previously groomed him at another salon, and we literally followed her to Paws & Reflect because her work is that exceptional. Not only is her grooming artistry impeccable, but my boy absolutely adores her, which says everything. He will hardly let anyone else near him, yet walks into appointments with Hannah completely at ease and leaves positively glowing with the biggest smile on his face. Hannah has an extraordinary attention to detail and such a gentle, intuitive approach with animals. You can immediately tell she genuinely cares about both the pets and the experience she creates for them. Every appointment feels incredibly personalized, thoughtful, and elevated far beyond what we have experienced elsewhere. Without question, this is the finest grooming salon we have ever been to, and that is largely because of Hannah’s talent, professionalism, and warmth. I genuinely cannot recommend Paws & Reflect, and especially Hannah, highly enough. If she ever retires from grooming, my sweet little innocent angel and I may never emotionally recover! We are loyal clients for life.

I recently had a house fire and lost everything😔 The owner here stepped up in a big way! I needed to get my dogs groomed before I could get into a new place and with just losing everything I own I was a little strapped to say the least. Their team was awesome with both my dogs. Even the one that is scared of water. I highly recommend them and when I get things back in order will be using them consistently. Thanks again for all your help. The dogs are happy and we have a new to us home until the rebuild is complete. 🙏🙂✔️

I've been using Brooke for quite a while now. I went through quite a few groomers to find one I liked,for my Yorkie. Words can't express, How happy I have been with going to Paws & reflect pet salon. Staff is very friendly. It's worth the drive. You need a good groomer you'll find it at Paws & Reflect Pet Salon.

Huge shout out to Paws & Reflect (Grand Ave location). They take exceptional care of my grandmother’s toy Cavapoo and therefore, take great care of my grandma too. We’ve never received anything but exceptional care, timely services, reasonable prices, and respectful/courteous scheduling. Very thankful for you guys! Highly recommend.

As most doodle owners know, one day they’re cute and floofy the next day they have mats. Sawyer and Laney always come out of Paws and Reflect looking and smelling fantastic. Sawyer has a bone spur in his neck and I can trust they take extra care to keep him safe and comfortable.
