(from Google)Plenty of parking and nice walking trail that leads to capital crescent trail.
It’s a nice park for children but there is way too many Karens here who cannot mind their own business
There's a lovely playground with many options to choose from. Everything is in decent condition and it's relatively clean. The trees provide shade on the when it's hot. There's lots of parking, but it fills up quickly on nice weekend days.
A fantastic local park that boasts 4 standard swings, 3 "baby swings", 1 special needs swing, a tire swing, 7 slides, 5 unlit tennis courts, basketball courts, a field, a play house, impressive play structures, and a legitimate merry-go-round. I thought merry-go-rounds of this nature were outlawed in the 90s due to safety concerns. I understand the safety concerns. When I got the merry-go-round going FAST, my son (3yrs) fell off twice - once on his face, once on his back... he was fine. This is a great park, but supervised play is highly recommended.
Big, open playground with lots of green space and trees. They are three separate playground areas and a tennnis court. All areas have several benches and even some picnic tables. There is a free parking lot on site. Only portable toilets available. Note: this playground seems to be a popular place for dogs.
