This doggy day care is the best company in Lynchburg. They talk to Millie like a guest. "Hello Miss Millie welcome back!" as she walks her big fuzzy mastiff body past the gate wagging her whole massive self .... because a tail wag just isn't enough to express all her excitement. Their prices are so reasonable. The shoes Millie chews in boredom from sitting at the house while I work cost way more than the daily day care rate once a week. It saves me money to bring her here. My dog comes home exhausted and happy every single week. She goes Wednesday and sleeps until Friday. I cannot say enough good things about this company and the staff that work there. If you are worried about how your dog will handle a new environment, try going on a Sunday to start. There are less animals on Sundays. I was so worried the first time I took Millie. She is massive dog and she can be shy. But they worked with her and helped her integrate. I was so worried and they assured me that it wasn't their first dog and they could handle it haha. Boy were they right. We have been back almost every week for over a year since. Millie is so dog friendly now and her shyness about other dogs is gone. Thank you to K-9 Cloud 9 staff for all you do to go above and beyond. You guys are seriously the best.

We have been taking our fur babies here for over 5 years. The caregivers here love our dogs like they are their own. They remember our dogs and greet them at the door enthusiastically. We love their camera feature to check in on them while they are there. We also frequently use the boarding services they offer which are affordable and easy to navigate. They are also great at helping us groom our dogs and take great care of them! They do fun activities for the dogs such as treat exchanges and more. We love this place and all who work there!

BEST PLACE TO TAKE YOUR DOG!! drop off was easy, dogs hips started hurting while we were gone, they pulled him from daycare and gave him cbd treats for the pain and extra attention to keep him occupied. They communicated with us every step of the way. Becca is the dog whisperer, and you can tell they love dogs there and it's not just a job to them!! Wish there was more than 5 stars!!

We absolutely love K-9 Cloud 9! We started putting our 6 month old lab there almost 7 months ago and she LOVES it! She gets beyond excited everytime we mention 'daycare'. She jumps through the gate when she gets there! The staff has always been super sweet and kind! They are incredibly personal and know our girl by name! Overall, it is truly an amazing experience!

We have a 6 month old Australian Shepherd named Tye who is mostly blind and deaf. After hearing many great reviews about K9C9 from friends, I decided to give them a call and inquire about doggy daycare. Our other two dogs do not require constant supervision, but with Tye I wanted to get him established and comfortable with a kennel in case we ever needed their services. The person who answered the phone was so kind and caring and answered all of my questions about accommodating our boy’s special needs, so I felt comfortable scheduling him for a trial day care. Well, the trial turned into booking twice a week for the foreseeable future because he loves it so much. The staff is so affectionate and patient with him and they always give me updates about his day and progress when I pick him up. They have also coordinated a walk schedule for him to help us with the potty training process. The live cam is everything!! I would feel totally comfortable boarding him overnight if we ever needed to. Whether you have a differently abled dog or not, I highly recommend K9C9 for daycare.
