Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Dilworth

Finally found our new groomer! My dog and I loved Rachel!!! She really listened to my concerns about some newer anxiety our dog was noted having at our old groomer. I wasn’t sure if his anxiety was environment-based but trusted my gut. After our recent grooming session, I believe it was. Rachel is fantastic and upon pickup I could really tell my dog trusts her! You’ve created a loyal customer out of me!!

Love this place for my labradoodle’s grooming appointments! Super easy to schedule and he always looks great. Everyone there is so nice and welcoming; my dog sees Rachel for his grooming appointments and she is just the most kind and understanding of his sweet (but very anxious) personality- he actually gets excited to go now! Couldn’t recommend Rachel more!

Update: Jaria did Ninos cut a second time, it came out perfect. She did such a phenomenal job, we are super impressed, especially because he’s almost at 6 months old so he’s still very much a puppy and being a little wild even with training. I just know he gave her a hard time because he’s been giving us a hard time with just brushing at home, so we started him early with grooming so he gets used to it. Even with him being so wiggly, she did an amazing job. We love this place, everyone is so friendly and we look forward to his grooming because he always looks so cute. This was our First time coming to this location with our new puppy, we have a Pomeranian puppy and I was so nervous taking him to the groomer for ours and his first time, as soon as we walked in the energy was so positive, the first person who greeted us was Imani at the front desk, she was so kind and welcoming and I immediately felt good vibes. Then Jaria, the groomer came out and greeted my husband, our pooch Nino, and I. She was so kind and gentle, and you could tell that they know how to deal with dogs. She was so happy to hold him, and we felt so comfortable handing him off to her. She also has a similar breed (her own dogs) which is always comforting. For context, we have barely had him a month and this is my first puppy so the fact that they showed us that we were in a safe space was everything. Also they have toys, dog desserts, treats and it’s set up like a little doggy boutique. It’s safe to say we found Ninos permanent groomer. Also they gave him a little tie and she gave an extra bow tie for him.

Wolfgang is AMAZING. We love coming here and so does my dog. Place smells amazing from the bakery (which we always grab treats when we are here, def check out the bakery). Mello always looks great when she comes home. Smells nice, is nice and even/blended. The prices are great… I don’t mind paying for great quality anywhere! &It’s easy to schedule an appointment. I’ll add the photo of when we picked her up after but I added one of a month later and she still looks so nice. Look forward to our next appointment. Thanks so much Wolfgang! xx

We tried Woof Gang for the first time and LOVED it!!!! We’ve tried several other groomers in Charlotte and haven’t been happy with any of them but now we’ve finally found the one! We booked with Rachel and she was amazing! She was very thorough and wanted to make sure our boys cut was exactly how we wanted! Can’t wait to bring Pilot back ❤️
