(from Google)I placed an online order and upon arriving, I Learned the store was closing an hour early due to staffing. Thankfully, Ruth, one of the store associates, was willing to fulfill my order for me to avoid a second trip back to Greenville from Pelzer. She definitely didn’t have to do that but I really appreciate it!
I miss Meaghan. She was always the best with me and my friends dog Sosa and her turtles. It’s a shame she’s not there. Service has declined.
New to the Greenville area. We decided to try this pet store (we have 23 birds and 6 cats). The selection of products were nice and the prices were good. However, the cashier Margaret was extremely nasty and rude. I got a snarky response when asking which register she would like me to go to. She was unfriendly and acted like I was bothering her by shopping there. It was enough to say that we will not be returning just because of the experience with Margaret. Pet Supermarket is losing big money on a 29 pet owner because of rude customer service
The customer service was amazing when Meghan was manager-now the 2 people they have in there are bland, dull, and have no personality and are snippy. I use to come in to this location at least once a week-now, I will be going to a different store completely. Everyone they have at these stores, never acknowledges you and is very minimal with help. Do better with your hiring!
I visited this location today & was assisted by the lovely, patient, transparent, & kind Meaghan! I had FIFTY MILLION questions and she answered each one with patience and so much information! Most people lose patience after the second question, but her. Thanks for showing that the art of quality customer service is not dead! 🗣️Whoever is in charge of the raises, make sure she gets one! ❤️🩷
