My husband and I came here for dinner. The menu was great and well priced. The cocktail menu was diverse and affordable. Great atmosphere and ambiance overall. Our server was Ernest, and despite being the only server on the floor he was still very attentive, had a great attitude and was able to aptly and concisely answer our menu questions and make recommendations! I ordered the birria tacos per Ernest’s recommendation and they were outstanding! My husband ordered the steak frites and they were perfectly cooked to temp and delicious! All said it is a great place with a lovely atmosphere, well priced menu (both food and cocktails) and wonderful wait staff! I highly recommend asking for Ernest when you go!

Absolute Disappointment $38 “Hand Cut” Steaks Burned outer texture and none of the Fat, Gristle or Silver skin was trimmed. Got a butter knife to saw through the steaks that were supposed to be cooked Medium. Garlic Mashed Potatoes were Bland and lacked any character…. I didn’t think it was possible to mess up mashed potatoes. Salad seemed fresh and was somewhat decent but they didn’t include the dressing and our food was already out before they brought some Ranch. While the server was very polite but we had to constantly ask for everything: Salt and Pepper , Ranch Dressing, Silverware, Napkins, forgot Extra Sides that we ordered. Never got water refill, and waited forever for the 2nd mixed drink. We did enjoy the Buffalo Chicken Dip, but should ask for extra chips in advance or you’ll be waiting for a while. Cleanliness meets the standard. But food prep, consistency and service just wasn’t there. Honestly, if you’re not ensuring the food quality and cooked properly, it’s not surprising that service is going to be lacking. They looked like they were fully staffed but really seemed to lack focus.

First time at Urban Salt on Valentines night. The food and drinks were amazing and the service was kind and friendly. The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing.

I stopped here a few weeks ago while traveling. The place was very clean with a modern vibe. After a long drive, I wasn’t sure what to order, so I asked my server, Ernest, for something simple but good. He gave me a few solid options, and I went with the Mexican burger. It was freshly cooked, tasty, and definitely hit the spot. Ernest was super attentive, checking in on drinks, condiments, and everything else. Overall, it was a really nice stop and a great find in a small Texas city.

Our server Ernest was attentive, informative and kind. Started with Pineapple Mimosas so yummy! And for the best, Chimi steak plus Birra Grilled Cheese was one of the best meals we have had in a very long time! So good, a must go.
