(from Google)Decent but overpriced. Son and I went on a Saturday night. The place was bustling and loud. We were seated immediately. Our server, Noah, was great. Very professional, knowledgeable of the menu and made sure we had everything we needed. My son got the low country boil ($38). It was as expected with snow crab legs, shrimp, oysters, and veggies. The portion was generous and he said it was good. I ordered the seafood platter ($36?). Really nothing special -- I could have easily made this at home. It was broiled flounder, a few shrimp and a couple of scallops covered in Cajun seasoning. The seasoning drowned out any flavor the seafood would have had so, I would not recommend this.
Warm and inviting atmosphere, very friendly staff. We were seated immediately, waiter was quickly there and went through current specials. Good choice of seafood, and the buttermilk chicken was delicious. Large portions even when ordering a small plate. Biscuits were wonderful.
The head chef is amazing!!!! You can tell he wants to make sure everything is perfect before he sends it out. I loved sitting at the bar and watching everyone move…it’s like bees in a beehive, everyone has their own job and they do it so well and they come together to make some of the best food. All the food is amazing!!! Even the dessert blew me away. such a great place and idea
Apparently I wrote my first review about nine years ago. I was less enamored at the time. Since then we have been back several times. The last time our server was named Clay, if I remember correctly. He was very attentive, humorous in fact. My wife and I shared the pimento cheese fries, which are her favorite. Next we shared the chicken wings, which are generous and very flavorful. If I remember correctly we had the buffalo honey sauce which is quite enjoyable. The major downside would be that parking can be quite atrocious with fratellos next door, both being very popular restaurants and always busy. If you're willing to give it a try. It's easier to park across the street in the shopping center parking lot and walk across a busy five-lane road. On more temperate days sitting outside can be quite the treat as it can be kind of loud inside.
Hands down, the best wings in Spartanburg! $22 for the dz and they will allow you to order two different flavors. We ordered the dry rub old bay and jerk reaper (🥵) Additionally we ordered the steak burgers at $16 with several add ons. At least $2.50 and up ea. Dudleys has a decent selection of beer and wine. With a broad range of variety and cost. Service was excellent despite the crowd influx due to local graduations. The seating was limited inside due to the small stature of the establishment. However the outside seating was a bit more spaced out. The kitchen and bar are attached so definitely made it entertaining to watch them cook while sipping on a brew at the bar. Definitely coming back for a steak and pimento cheese stuffed deviled egg.
