(from Google)We’ve visited this place a few times, and the main highlight is definitely the waterfall—one of the few (if not the only) near the Dallas/Garland area. There’s a peaceful creek, a charming waterfall, plenty of walking trails, and lots of squirrels around. One side of the creek has a smooth concrete path, while the other side features a more natural gravel trail. The scenery is beautiful and feels very close to nature. The only downside is the limited parking—there are spots for just 5–6 cars. We usually had to park in the neighborhood across from the park. Overall, it’s a great spot and highly recommended if you enjoy nature and waterfalls.
A very nice park with a well managed trail and a small waterfall to enjoy. There is also a small play area for the kids as well. We did the loop around the park, which took us about an hour. There are benches at regular intervals if you want to give your feet a rest. We saw many squirrels while on the trail and many tortoises in the creek. It's a nice place to enjoy nature and rejuvenate. There is very limited parking and I don't remember seeing any restrooms in the park. It's a dog friendly park. Dogs need to be on leash and please clean up after your pups.
This park is very beautiful. We visited in mid-December, and it was full of fall colors. We totally loved it. There are several benches throughout the park, and we enjoyed having lunch there with a great view of the waterfall.
Nice small park near residential area. The walk was very short, but it's overall nice and a good spot for a picnic. Has a cute waterfall, which probably one of the prettiest ones in the city of Dallas area.
This is a nice creekside park tucked between a residential neighborhood and commercial development. There are a few highlighted areas that make a visit here worthwhile like, a waterfall, covered bridge, and an area with large stacked stones. It would have been much nicer had there been a sidewalk that encompassed the entire park.
