Dogtown Pet Spa St. George

Update... sadly they aren't what they used to be. They tell you one amount and charge more. Consistently forget our veterans discount even after noting it. All that aside i can deal with, but my dogs come home very stressed, one was limping, and smell terrible, like the rest.of their facility. One came home with a pooped up foot from stepping in diarrhea. They couldn't get his foot cleaned, but would be happy to give him a bath and charge me. Its truly a shame I have been going to this place for over 5 years and in the last year it has gone down the tunes. In a previous incident I had my dogs groomed and informed one of my dogs tried.to nip at the groomer during the nail trim and was a $15.00 fee because of it. I have gone to 2 other groomers since and had no problems of any kind nail trims and all. Consequently, it looks that something has changed and the quality of service just isn't there. I can't say enough great things about this place. I've been going here for a couple years. They are my go to for daycare when I visit my parents and when I go out of town. But today was the topper! My Bassett hound mix is a rescue and very picky about her "people". Today,I realized she had found her person. I don't know what her name is and should have asked, but she is amazing. As soon as we walked in she greeted us and Charlotte knew exactly who it was. She was so excited to see her and couldn't get through the door fast enough. This made my day. All of the staff are amazing, but this wonderful young lady took some extra time with Charlotte to make her feel comfortable and loved and I knew that by Charlotte's reaction to her. So I just wanted to give a big shout out to this amazing and wonderful young lady for taking the time with my Charlotte. Thank you to all of the staff, you are all the absolute best! Charlotte and Beau thank you also. They love it there.

Hi. My name is Lake. I am a Lab I love DOGTOWN in St George. My Mom and Dad bring me here to play with other dogs during the day and I stay overnight when they travel. I love every one who takes care of me here. They all know my name. Sometimes they give me a bath which my mom loves I love to smile for the camera and say Hi to my parents who get a daily report of my visit with comments, pictures and videos. I highly recommend DOGTOWN and so does my Mom and Dad.

I am very much IN LOVE with Dogtown! My pups love it here. Every time I say “wanna go to daycare?” They jump with excitement and run to their door! (Literally) The staff treats them so well! They also give you daily report cards with pictures. So fun! They know us and know our dogs very well. We are treated just like family. I highly recommend to anyone needing boarding or daycare visits! So grateful for this team of people!

I brought my cat “Kidd” for her first groom and all I have to say is Connie did an amazing job ! I have never brought kidd for a groom and was a little nervous but everything went well and smooth! Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Dogtown! We have used Dogtown for daycare, boarding, and their grooming services. Riley and the staff at Dogtown are amazing and go above and beyond to spoil our dog! When I drop our dog off, she flies out of the car she's so excited to be there... Picking her up is a different story as she is never ready to go home. Thank you Dogtown crew!!!
