West Irvine Trail

The trails lead to different areas of Irvine. Make sure to bring someone with you as the tunnels under the street and bridges at times have some unhoused people resting.

Great trail but there is a homeless guy that has lived under the bridge for a year + and he is getting more erratic. He used to just lay around or be gone and recently he has been dancing and yelling at me and my baby and asking for weed.

Homelessness and littering definitely going out of control of the city officials. Trail is great, we maintain, except couple spots and seems like no one can take care about.

It is so beautiful during the evening when the pathway garden side lights are on! Wide enough for horse riding, biking and walking at the same time. I parked at homestead park in Irvine, walked a little to check it out, will go back to see more. Enjoyed every moment.

Good amount of shade, nice path to walk, run, bike etc on.
