Great job for my 30lbs Golden Retriever-Border Collie who is a Scripps Therapy Dog and has to be in top condition for the hospital visits. 6 Stars to Liz‼️

Had taken our dog here 6 times for grooming, all vaccinations are up to date, I would always bring vaccination record with us in case they asked for it, theyve never requested it never asked for it. Today we did not bring vaccine record, ( my fault) bec they never asked for it. They told me they needed proof of rabies, mind you he had been here before, i said oh i didn’t bring the vaccine record since you guys never asked for it, they refused to see him. I understand it was my responsibility to bring everything with me but the way this worker had an attitude and was completely unprofessional was the reason we will not be returning.

Used the self serve tubs for my pup. She hates baths and has anxiety with other dogs- it was very convenient going first thing in the morning when they opened as no one else was there. They provide shampoo, conditioner, towels, and 3 different combs- I brought my own of everything bc I didn't know they provided them. Blower was weak but got the job done. They also provide aprons! They allow 20 mins per wash.
