Underground Aquaticz

I ordered a breeding pair of jewel cichlids and a wild caught ringtail pike cichlid. They all came very healthy. Shipped to my house from the other side of the country. The way the package and fish were prepped was unmatched compared to other places I’ve ordered from. I was worried about ordering during the holidays and a cold snap but they still made it from new York to my house in Idaho in about 30 hours. Hard to beat that. I will definitely be using underground aquaticz again in the future.

Ordered a jewel pike cichlid or ringtail pike, she came belly up in the bag and I was worried but come to find out she was still alive but seemed to have a swim bladder issue. It must’ve been from the cold journey😂. Dropped and plopped her and the issue went away in minutes. Great color and already seems comfortable in the tank. Very healthy fish overall. Also got a good sized rope fish also very healthy and exploring the tank. Fast shipping. Don’t write reviews often but these guys are solid.

I talked to 10 stores before calling here and no one would help me rehome my foot long common pleco. Owner Chris was so nice on the phone and offered to take him. I drove 40 mins to the store and they happily took my pleco and gave him a new home in a huge tank. So grateful to this store and I will be doing business with them in the future. They have an amazing selection of aquatic life I’ve yet to see elsewhere on the island.

I had a wonderful experience shopping here online! I worked with Chris to order a Congo Spotted Pufferfish. It was an awesome extra bonus to go check out their YouTube channel and see the one and only Chris, showing us how he packs up fish for delivery! There’s even a shop tour. A winter storm made shipping a little dicey (all on UPS, not Underground), and my little buddy ended up in transit for three chilly days. Chris was a text away the entire time, and we worked out a plan for every outcome. Best part: the fish is alive!!!! We’re still on the first day, but he’s getting settled in nicely considering the circumstance. I definitely recommend Underground to anyone looking to purchase fish online.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐➕ I wish there were more stars to give this place, because they deserve it! I stumbled upon their website in my search for fancy plecos (as I am a collector with over 70 fancy L-number plecos) and this place had ones I didnt have! I hesitantly placed an order and not even fifteen minuets later, the owner contacted me on my given number, not only confirming my order, but thanking me for it! 🤩 My confidence in them immediately skyrocketed. Even though there were a few issues with stock, we very easily worked out a perfect order and it came to me overnighted. The fish were very securely bagged, no leaks, no problems, very healthy, all alive, and very happy! I cannot praise this place and the owner enough, as its stressful as it is, ordering livestock online. You always want to make sure you get your money's worth, especially with the cost of overnight shipping. Communication with the owner is always smooth, easy, and responsive. I really could not ask for more, and I will definitely be returning for more fish and plecos from this place. They are truly amazing! Thank you for everything!
