The people who work here are very helpful. Could use more dog related items such as bowls, gravity water bowls (tons of toys).

They did not follow explicit directions. Again. Long ears and long tail in no way translates to cut them really short please. Also added a $25 upsell pkg I did not request. Will be looking elsewhere. Again.
Took two kittens for first visit with a appointment. Get there and first questions is what you here for. Like duh, for what appointment was scheduled for. Then said it will take 5 hours for a check up and come back for a check up. Rude customer service and not very informational with services or prices. Kinda like pulling teeth to ask anything. Def will NOT be going back for pet care.
