VIPets Grooming & Dog Hotel

My mom took our senior dog in for a grooming session. Our dog doesn't have his eyes and needs medication to calm his nerves. My mom told them about this and they accepted. When she got the call to pick him up, the lady owner told her that our dog misbehaved during grooming. Suddenly, the other owner came out of the back room and started yelling and raising his voice to my mom saying how awful the situation was. He was angrily asking her how could she give the dog calming medication, even when he knows the dog is blind and needs special care when grooming. If he is not equipped to handle a dog with this type of special needs then he shouldn't have accepted my dog to begin with. He then raised my mom's bill up by $15 for the "inconvenience". If this is the way he treated my mom, I don't want to imagine how he treated my dog who was probably too nervous to understand what was happening. If you treasure your pets, DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS!

My Sheltie dog, Sparky spent 5 days in the dog hotel. Pictures and videos day by day was sent to my personal cell phone to always be informed of my dog status! Excellent service, they make sparky feel cozy and smelling great! Will be my 1st option ween going vacation again!

I have a grumpy 14 year old dog. He does not like to be groomed and usually gives groomers a hard time, so he never looks finished when I pick him up. My Coco left this place looking so cute, and they complimented me on how well behaved he was, which means he felt safe and relaxed. That speaks volumes about the service. Thank you for taking such good care of my 3lb teacup yorkie. He looked great!
