We love having Keila perform Mr. Robot's quarterly groom! She's the best, super professional, she cares so much for our sweet guy, and he loves it - always comes away fresh and clean. We truly appreciate the extra miles that Keila goes when taking care of our anxious rescue pup, and he appreciates it, too. He's always super excited and ready to go when getting his hair cut!

A devastating and traumatic grooming experience. I came in for a bath, teeth brushing, and blueberry facial. Additionally I asked the groomer Diana to trim my dog’s upper lip line, and I showed her exactly where I would like her to trim. Diana did not listen to a word I said and SHAVED the front of her face down to the skin. It’s uneven and the hair around where she shaved is jagged and mangled. The lower part of her mouth (which I did not ask the groomer to touch) is also a mess, jagged, and uneven. I am still completely shocked a professional groomer would think this is acceptable. Additionally, the staff was extremely dismissive and rude when I expressed my dissatisfaction. A full refund was never offered. I had to call back the next day, and the manager begrudgingly gave me one. She never even apologized. From my experience, it’s clear that the groomer Diana does not listen and just wants to be done as quickly as possible. She also does not value what the customer wants or care much about the quality of her grooming work.

We have been going to Keila for 2 years and can’t say enough good things about her! She is kind, sweet, attentive and caring towards our dog and we know he is safe when he is with her. She makes Bernie look like the perfect gentleman! She is wonderful at her job and truly loves dogs! Not only is she amazing with our dog, but she is interested in our family too! We chat before and after grooms and is always asking how we are doing. She is truly one of a kind! Go see Keila! She is the best!

We had an awesome grooming experience with Julie! This was our first time having her groom our pup, and she took the time to listen to what we wanted for his haircut. Our dog looks adorable! And it seems he was really comfortable in her care because he’s been so calm since his visit. We will definitely be coming back for future grooming so thank you for making our first experience at Krisers so wonderful!

Olive loves her instructors Austin and Leilani. She is always excited to play with her friends at daycare. All the staff is helpful, friendly and happy to greet Olive every morning when she comes in. They have full and half day options that helps with our schedule. Kriser's has been wonderful during the pandemic, keeping the store and daycare room clean and safe, while maintaining a consistent daycare schedule for for Olive.
