Blue Collar Burger

First time coming here I really wanted to give this place a try because I had heard that it was a great place to eat at and the place is new in town so I asked for some wings, but unfortunately, they didn't have them available at the moment Jennifer told me not until after two pm that was not good to me I said ok I will have a burger then with no mushrooms nor onions on it I also asked if they had swiss cheese they didnt have it so that was another no for me. The third strike was that I was the first person to arrive at their restaurant, and they gave me my food after giving the people behind me their food first that's not cool. I was there waiting for my food sitting down patiently and they know where I sat they both saw me from the counter and came out with the food and gave the food to the two ladys that were behind me in the line when I was the first to arrive at the restaurant They saw me from the counter where I went to sit down at so there was no excuse. I was there before them and they gave them their food first that's not cool I even standed up to see where they were going with my food not to happy with the their customer service I expected better attention customer service is esential.

Have the special mushroom Swiss burger with onion rings. First let me say nothing was inedible or terrible. Just didn't stand out. Something in the burger was burnt. Maybe onions? Onion rings were cooked perfectly but were under seasoned. I like the vibe. I like the place. I'll come and check it out again. Maybe I just came and was unlucky with my experience.

Easily one of the best burgers I have ever had. I've passed the food truck many times but never stopped so when I heard there was a shop near our house we decided to give it a try. Will have to come back to try something different and to give the milkshakes a try

Burgers were really good, but messy.. have a napkin ready! Got the BCB and it reminded me of Guy Fiery burger on carnival. Recommend the fries, not the onion rings. Our onion rings came out a little burnt and no one ate them. Ordering was a little slow and there's only one register. The line backed up really fast. I was impressed to see the customer service in the dine in area. These guys care! I was also able to eat keto here thanks to the lettuce wraps, thank you! The menu visual could use a revamp. A lot redundant or missing ingredient, and white text on light blue with no text shadow makes it hard to read.

So glad they have a brick and mortar spot now in town! They can make a serious burger, and this second location doesn't disappoint. Food was superb, and the service was just as great. Both locals and customers from afar should definitely make this a regular dining place!
