It's affordable...... And the vet seems to be a good fit for Blizzard. He is ALWAYS wagging his tail when he arrives . I left a review in the latter part of last year that after rereading it came to the conclusion that I may have been harsh with my review , which I sencerely apologize to the Dr. And the staff. I am a older gentleman and I have had animals all my life .. This is the only vet that I have ever encountered that my dog loves to go see . His tail is wagging on the way in , and has a fit to see the Dr. and wagging when he leaves . Most dogs in my experience do not like going to the vet , they realize as soon as you pull in . I would also like to add the vet was very compassionate and gave Blizzard a lot of her attention at the end of the day and gave him a large bag of expensive food for his tummy to go home with. I'm happy to report that his stomach is doing much better after following the vets recommendations. Thanks again Pet Coalition for all that you do for the community and the fur babies Thanks.. Refused to Release Prescription — Know Your Rights! I brought my dog to this facility for concerns about his eyes and teeth. They told me he likely had a tooth infection and needed surgery, yet no antibiotics were prescribed. My dog was given Gabapentin but never received the prescribed flea and tick medication, and no written prescription was provided with the discharge paperwork. When I requested a copy so I could fill it elsewhere, the clinic refused and said I had to purchase it through them. ⚠️ Important for Colorado pet owners: Under Colorado State Board of Veterinary Medicine Rule 1.10(E), a veterinarian must provide a copy of your pet’s prescription upon request. You are not legally required to buy medication directly from the clinic. It took nearly three weeks just to receive my discharge paperwork (it was NOT in my spam folder), and I still haven’t been given a full invoice or itemized quote. Communication was disorganized and frustrating. I’ll be returning to my previous vet, who was transparent and professional. Next Day Edit: The clinic now says I must come in person and pay a $10 “prescription fee” to receive my dog’s prescription, claiming this is “allowed by state law.” This is false. Under Colorado State Board of Veterinary Medicine Rule 1.10(E), vets must provide a copy of a prescription upon request—with no additional fee and no restriction on delivery (email or fax is acceptable). I’ve contacted DORA to review their compliance with state regulations. Edit (Two Days Later): Because of this clinic’s poor communication, lack of follow-through, and policies that created unnecessary barriers to care, I have filed a formal complaint with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) for review. Reply to Business Response: Thank you for taking the time to respond. I’d like to gently clarify a few details so future clients have accurate information. Filing a complaint with DORA does not violate confidentiality or the veterinarian–client–patient relationship. Clients are allowed to raise concerns with the state, and doing so shouldn’t be interpreted as a breach of trust. Regarding prescriptions: Colorado’s veterinary rules give clients the right to a written prescription that can be filled at any pharmacy they choose. In my case, instead of providing a written prescription when I asked, all of my pet’s prescriptions were cancelled. I also had a credit on my account for a medication I paid for but never received, which could have been applied to your stated prescription fee. I still have not received a refund for that medication and will contact my bank. While some paperwork eventually reached me, it required several follow-ups, and I never received the dental estimate or itemized invoice. I also want to note something that wasn’t addressed in the clinic’s reply. When I explained my transportation issues and asked for a written prescription I could fill at any pharmacy, the alternative that was offered was to leave the gabapentin outside the clinic for me to pick up after hours. I declined because that didn’t feel safe for a medication with sedating and addictive potential, and it still didn’t resolve the underlying issue of access to a proper written prescription. I’m sharing this so other pet owners understand the full context of what happened and can make informed choices when seeking care. My hope is that the clinic will review these processes so no one else runs into the same barriers.

I love those beautiful rabbit's! I'm thinking of volunteering one day! The staff are amazing, they really take good care of all of those animals! I was able to get two photos of two cats!

We brought Jeff in today for his seizure check up. I can't begin to tell you how amazing they are. From the second we walked in, it was all love for Jeff. Everyone recognized how sweet he is and helped us come up with a plan to take care of him that we can afford and that addresses his needs. I literally don't know what I'd do without them. The vet assistant ( I'm so sorry. I can not remember their name but they were very tall with long hair) was so warm and kind and was really slow with Jeff. We really appreciated that. The front desk ladies were so kind and helpful with payments and meds. Dr Forster is absolutely, without a doubt freaking amazing. She helped us plan ahead for Jeff's future care and concerns that need addressing in the future so we can plan. Jeff seemed pretty comfortable the whole time and with everyone. Seriously, I can not recommend Pet Care Coalition enough.

I was in need a of a good vet and came across PCC. They worked on my dogs toes and got us caught up on shots. They got me in really fast. The care they provide is top notch the head Vet truly cares about her patients. Unfortunately my dog ended up getting cancer and the PCC team was with me the whole time. Recommending good specialist and informing me what to look for. After sharing a teary hug I knew this was the best place to say good bye to my best friend. Everyone was so kind and supportive knowing he was suffering and I had to call it. I felt so comfortable in their care and my boy went so peacefully. I could not have prayed to Dumbledore for better care. I have a great image in my head of my sweet boy sleeping peacefully crossing that rainbow bridge. I will continue to recommend PCC to Frinds and when I’m ready I’ll take my new pets to them. Thank you doesn’t express how grateful I am for this team. Much love.
