Animal Emergency Clinic

We had an emergency on New Year’s, and are truly grateful for the care at this clinic. All the staff, veterinarians on call and assistants were extremely professional and handled everything with great care and compassion. They kept us well informed throughout the process, clearly communicated the plan of care, and made sure we understood each step. Their attention made a difficult situation much easier.

I took my new kitten at 4am because of vomits and diarrhea. The doctor explained everything and sold me some prescription food. My experience was positive and my kitten is improving with the medication and food prescribed.

This clinic has very flexible hours and the times I've taken my dogs over there, they make thorough questions, thorough exams, and find everything that's wrong with my dog and figure out the right treatment. Both my dogs are almost 11 years old and came back from really bad days where I thought they'd go to "Dog Heaven". With the meds, treatment, diet and lifestyle modifications, so far both of my 11 year old dogs are almost acting the way they used to 5 years ago. Thank you!

Thank you for your help in saving my chihuahua the night before I was heading back home. I was in PR on business and my baby got really sick with an underlying medical condition. They didn’t think he would be able to travel (via plane), early the following morning. They immediately put him on oxygen and gave him hourly treatment for the next 4 hours until we were ready to head back to the states. He’s back home and getting the care he needs. Thank you so much !!

Last Sunday, I took my cat at 6pm, because he had been vomiting since the morning and wasn’t eating. They were really fast and everybody was really nice; the receptionists, the vet’s assistant and the vet himself. My cat is already good as new with the meds and food they gave him.
