First time having a dog that has to be groomed so we weren’t really sure what to do or expect. This place has been great and it’s the only place we take him now! The staff is super kind and treat us and our dog really well!!

This place really love pets, they are so lovely! My mini dachshund hates to get his nails trim, this is the only place I could find that make it quick and very smooth for him. We still working on his fear to get the nail trim but we’re on a good path. And Patch has the best customer service 😅🙌🏼

I called today and asked if they take walk ins it was 9:07am the lady said yes but you better get here fast because we stop taking walk ins at 10am. I said ok I’m on my way be there in 15 mins. I have a yorkie terroir , upon arrival I asked what is the price for his grooming ? She said it will be a total of $70 , and they are closing at 3pm so make sure I was there by then. Also that she will give me a call when he is done. I went back up there around 1:30pm to check in on my dog. It was a male in the front , he told me that he wasn’t ready but he would give me a call when he was done . I left and I returned at 2:35 still no call saying my dog was ready but I was sitting in front of the shop so I waited till 2:55 to get out of my vehicle bc mind you they charge you $75 for picking your dog up late. I said hey I know y’all didn’t call but I’m back because I’m not paying a late fee . They giggled and the lady said oh he’s ready and your dog is bad too . I told her I never had a groomer tell me that my dog is bad then she say well maybe bc he haven’t been groomed lately or the other groomers just didn’t want to tell you. Mind you I get him groomed every two months. My normal groomer just was outta town . Ok so it’s time to pay the guy ring me up for $105.00 I said I’m not paying that , he said well that’s what you are paying for him today . I said no I am not she told me $70 upon arrival he said well wait a minute I might have it wrong . He proceeds to ring me up for $70 then add a $3.25 custom item . I said what is the custom item he said we have to charge 5% for the shampoo because our shampoo is expensive . I said so you telling me the shampoo is not included in the grooming . He gave me a blank stare. I ended up paying $76 . He charge $72.79 for grooming and $3.38 for shampoo . If this was discussed upon arrival I would have had the option to choose if that’s what I wanted to pay but to try to charge $105 then add $6 extra to the service . I just didn’t agree with that .

I’ve been bringing my German Shepherds here, for baths & nail trims, for years. Neither are fans of water, but the staff at Petable Expressions are kind to them & make them feel at ease. I also appreciate how easy it is to schedule an appointment.

I’ve been getting my Shorkie groomed here for quite a while. She always looks adorable when I pick her up. Although she does NOT like me leaving her anywhere, she always comes home happy and not traumatized. They don’t keep her longer than needed. I love coming to pick her up and seeing her hang out behind the desk and gate with employees and other dogs.. I also love that it doesn’t take weeks or months to get an appointment.
