Brought my kitten in for her spay and the process was easy from start to finish. The appointment was easy and quick to make. My cat’s incision was very cleanly done and healed well and they provided enough medication afterwards. Better experience than my kitten 2 years ago and I paid $300 Vaccines were included that she needed and everything costed $130. I had a voucher from San Bernardino for $100 so I paid $30 total. The staff was amazing. The only reason I give 4 stars is the lobby could use an upgrade to be fresh and feel sterile when you drop off your pet.

I came here thinking my cat would receive proper care, but instead, I felt completely taken advantage of. At first, I thought I would be late for my appointment, but I actually arrived early. When they told me my cat had worms, the priority should have been treating the issue especially since they mentioned it could be dangerous for my kids. Instead of focusing on the health of my cat, they chose to prioritize charging me for boarding. They made it clear that getting the extra money was more important than addressing a medical concern that could affect both my pet and my family. At first, they said the worms could be harmful to my children, but then they dismissed that concern as soon as money became the focus. This hospital had no sympathy, no care, and no compassion. They cared only about getting paid. To anyone thinking this place might be affordable or trustworthy, be warned: they will try to upcharge you and take advantage of your situation because they know many of us come here out of need. I would not recommend Arrowview Animal Hospital to anyone who truly cares about their pets’ well-being.

Been coming here over the years have 3 dogs. Small, medium, and large. Their vaccine clinic and hospital are great help always. Very friendly technician, gives clear directions and guidelines for handling and keeping pets and clients safe. Keep all your pets with you at all times and in a carry bag it helps things go smoothly.

This place failed our cat and broke our trust — please, if you love your pet, don’t take them to Arrowview Animal Hospital. We brought our sweet, injured cat to Arrowview after she suffered a broken leg, desperate to get her the help she needed. We trusted them — and that was our biggest mistake. They charged us over $800 to run X-rays, apply a splint, administer medication, and supposedly remove maggots from her wound. We were told it was just a dislocation, not a break. And shockingly, they never did a follow-up X-ray after applying the splint — something any responsible vet would do to ensure the injury was properly set. That was our first red flag. Two days later, we noticed something horrifying: live maggots still crawling around her wound. They had charged us to remove them — but clearly, they didn’t. We tried to contact Arrowview, but they’re closed on Wednesdays, leaving us no choice but to go to another vet. That second opinion changed everything. The other vet took one look and told us the truth: our cat didn’t have a dislocation — it was a complete break of the ankle. So severe, they said the leg needed orthopedic surgery or amputation, and that Arrowview should have referred us to a specialist immediately. They were so concerned, they wouldn’t even touch the leg. They did, however, do what Arrowview failed to do: actually clean the wound, remove the maggots, and give proper medication. More trauma. More stress. More money. Two weeks later, we returned to Arrowview for a scheduled splint change, hoping — despite everything — to get some form of continuity for our cat’s care. We arrived early, yet waited over an hour past our appointment time. During the wait, I overheard the front desk staff whispering about me while I stood right there. It was uncomfortable and humiliating. Then came the sedation charges — nearly $150 in fees just to sedate our cat, plus anesthesia “just in case,” plus reversal drugs. Total charges $250 and “could be subject to change.” Who charges for anesthesia on top of sedation just to change a splint? It felt like they were padding the bill rather than prioritizing our pet. Finally, when we were tired of waiting and went in to reschedule they told us “oh the doctor will see you now,” which felt completely manipulative. When we were taken back, we tried to calmly voice our concerns to Dr. Sarah Major. Her response? She cut us off, got defensive, and told us flat out, “If you don’t like how we do things, go somewhere else.” When we told her about the second opinion and tried to show her the X-rays, she left to get her tablet. As she walked out, my wife quietly said, “She’s rude.” The doctor overheard it, stormed back in, and told us she was done — she refused to continue care, told us to leave, and walked out once my wife pulled her phone out. As we walked out, we saw a friend in the lobby and quickly told them what happened. That’s when Dr. Major stormed out, told us to get out again, and tried to forcefully shut the door on my wife, pushing her arm and nearly hitting her in the face with the door. Then she threatened to call the police on us for “trespassing.” We were already leaving. So now here we are. Our cat is still in a splint. We’re back at square one — trying to find a vet who’s willing to take over the mess Arrowview left behind. Our cat has suffered. We’ve spent hundreds more. And we’ve been treated with nothing but disrespect, dishonesty, and cruelty. Arrowview failed us — and more importantly, they failed our cat. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. If you love your pet like family — please, do not take them here. Don’t ignore your gut like we did. We saw red flags early on and gave them the benefit of the doubt. That was a mistake we won’t make again. Full video on the way on TikTok and YouTube! Please see pics!

my wife and I have been coming to this place for over ten years we bring our pets for their vaccinations prices are very affordable for all services weve had our pets spayed and nudered also our multipoo likes to escape and gets foxtail in his ear we brought him in and they took care of him. yes he needed to come back a few days later as they weren't available but they give you info on other places you could go that cost way more sp the choice is yours wait or pay a fortune...they give thorough explanation of care and no hidden cost and though some may complain about the ladies up front we've never experienced any attitudes but ive seen plenty of other clients with attitudes lol. it's a little spot with alot of transients around the area. they've taken really good care of our extended family (pets)and they are very knowledgeable. parking is a bit crazy and on days they have reduced vaccines its crazy busy. they don't answer the phones I can only assume it's because of the high volume of patients. highly recommend this place .
