System of a Dog

System of a Dog has worked with many of my dogs and they are phenomenal. They are so accommodating, extremely communicative and they explain things so well. I have brought them things with my dogs that I've struggled with for long periods and they can have it fixed in a matter of minutes by explaining to me what the dog is thinking and how to approach the situation. They are so friendly and will put you at ease immediately. I am so glad I found them and I now use them for all my training needs. They are amazing with all ages and all breeds. I absolutely love Jason and Kellie! We've been working with them for the past two years for our dog, Milo, starting with their puppy series and now continuing with the Mountain Bound program. Kellie and Jason are an amazing team. When I inquired about System of a Dog, Kellie spent over 40 minutes on the phone with me listening to our situation (trying to get 2 headstrong female herding dogs acclimated), answering questions and explaining the different services they offered. Next the first home visit was scheduled with Jason. He listened, observed and instructed in an extremely calm, professional and courteous manner. Next, I went to the free group class they offered. Kellie and Jason had their dogs and dogs they were training on site they were working with. Once the class started they explained how they would interact with each client and their dog. It was amazing to see them work with a client for 5 to 10 minutes, then move to the next, then circle back to help you again or give praise for a job well done. It is obvious they love animals and they are exceptional at their profession.

Jason basically saved my sanity! Our German Shepard was very reactive, lunging and chasing cars and barking loudly nonstop at ever car that drove past our house. I was scared to take him for walks or outside our house in general because he could be so unpredictable. From the very first lesson, Jason helped me see what I needed to do to help my dog listen and be safe. Each time we met I learned more and my confidence grew. We just took our dog on a weekend trip to the beach and it was a huge success. I can’t recommend Jason and system of a dog more! It’s 100% worth it!
