(from Google)Be aware not purchase bird from this store because all birds already sick and will die in a week. Purchased Parrot, after four days died, second one purchased and same after four days died. Tried to reach out owner but no one responded me. I will file complaint against this business.
It’s very good place to buy stuff for your birds they have different kinds of birds and they were so nicely ❤️🤭 I loved this place and you can walk and see different birds
Amazing service, i just got two birds and i was unsure of what to feed them and what type of nest to get and the cashier helped me and informed me what was best for the birds.
Rampant animal abuse. Birds are kept in tiny, crowded cages, often without water. Upwards of 6 large parrots shoved into a small cage. Most cages were less than 1 square foot, with some that housed smaller birds (finches/canaries) having barely enough space for the bird to turn around. No bird toys, poor quality perches, filthy cages. The only food visible in the cages was pure birdseed, sometimes only a pile of sunflower seeds, which is highly unhealthy. No fresh vegetables, no mineral blocks, no other sources of healthy and varied food visible. All of the animals were clearly highly stressed, two large macaws were visibly stressed. The macaws were sitting on perches out in the open, which begs a very valid question as to the method used to prevent unwanted flight. Windows were covered to prevent natural light, keeping the birds in dim artificial light. On their website they style themselves as a "bird sanctuary" with a focus on "conservation", which from a simple glance it is clear they are anything but. Highly ironic given they claim "15 years of experience" on the site and proclaim the important of proper varied diet, cage size, toys, perches etc. If they spent more money on caring for their animals and less on making a fancy website perhaps it would be different. Additionally, the bird supplies they sell in the store are abhorrent quality. Tiny cages, poor quality perches, cheap toys, "food" that appears to be repackaged birdseed from a big box store. This is not a bird paradise, it is bird hell.
This is the best bird shop I have ever been to. The prices are the fairest I again have ever seen in a bird shop. The guys running the shop are very nice. I would highly recommend this shop if you are trying to buy a bird above any other shop. They also have a large selection of birds.
