They are absolute dog-grooming magicians! From the moment we walked in, they treated my Diego with so much patience, care, and genuine love. The grooming was flawless! Perfect trim, clean paws, soft coat, and my dog came out looking (and smelling!) better than ever. What really sets them apart is how calm and comfortable he makes dogs feel; even my usually anxious Diego was wagging his tail the whole time. If you want top-tier grooming with a personal touch, Downey dog grooming is the one. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this amazing groomer! We brought two dogs straight from the shelter—terrified, nervous, matted, and in desperate need of some TLC. This incredible groomer worked their magic, PRO BONO, and a few days later, both dogs (Smiley and Benson) found their forever homes!!! I truly thank them for their care and kindness!

I have been bringing my foster dog Shadow here for his grooming and I love it. Shadow is a very nervous dog and doesn't do well with new environments. When I first brought Shadow in Reyna was so good and giving him time to get comfortable. He was ablw to walk around and sniff and she even got down on the ground and let him come to her when he was ready. Shadow isn't a huge fan of being groomed but somehow Reyna and Ricardo always leave him looking so cute. I highly recommend them to all my friends in the area. We’ve brought a few of our rescue dogs here for flea baths, hair trim, matted ears, etc., and have been beyond pleased with the results— this place has become our new go to. Our dogs always come back super soft, smelling great, and with a fresh new bandana on!! I truly couldn’t be more thankful for Reyna & her team for being so accommodating and helpful. They are always willing to get us in the same day we request an appointment & even stay past their closing hours to ensure that we can pick up the pup! 10/10 recommend.

Awesome service! My dog was very matted and overdue for a cut. He’s very aggressive and I’m glad they were able to work with him. Him being matted honestly changed his behavior & right when I picked him up I can tell he felt happy and free from all his old hair, my poor baby! I’m glad he was able to be shaved although he looks like a new dog he’s surely does seem happy. Thank you so much will definitely be bringing my dogs here from now on. Conor seemed very understanding towards my aggressive dog and I appreciate that! His cut is also really nice. 10/10
