Kimberly’s Pet Shop is hands down one of the best exotic pet shops I’ve visited in Florida. From the moment you walk in, you can tell they genuinely care about their animals and customers. The store is very clean, organized, and welcoming, and all of the birds looked healthy, active, and well cared for. What really stood out to me was the customer service and knowledge they provide. They take the time to answer questions, explain proper care, and help you feel comfortable whether you are a first-time bird owner or someone experienced with exotic pets. You can tell they are passionate about what they do and not just trying to make a sale. Their selection of exotic birds, cages, toys, food, and accessories is impressive, and their prices are very fair compared to many other pet shops. It’s hard to find a local family-owned business that still provides this level of honesty, professionalism, and personal attention. I especially appreciated how patient and helpful they were throughout the entire experience. They made sure I understood everything needed to properly care for my bird and made me feel confident with my purchase. Hi guys! We just came to visit Kimberly’s Pet Shop! The owners here are super helpful and friendly. The moment me and my husband walked into the store they were super knowledgeable about all their birds. They even showed us the other birds they have in the back of their store. However, we eventually found a beautiful rare bird that chose us to be its new owners. We are super pleased with our visit. We love and adore Charlotte 🦜 so much already. Also all their birds are well trained and healthy as well. We had a long drive but it was hella worth the two hour drive from our home town in Fort Myers, FL. I would definitely recommend this pet shop to everyone! They even gave my son a bottled juice and some snacks to calm him down. Because he was hungry and tired from the drive. Thank you guys again for everything. We will definitely be back for sure! ☺️🩷

My family and I had the best experience at Kimberly's pet shop. They were so kind and patient with all our questions and especially with my little one that was super excited. We went looking for love birds and ended getting a cockatoo, cage, food, and two more birds. The pricing are so fair and they have a big variety of birds. Coco is now part of our family. It was a blessing to find such an amazing place that truly knows how treat their customers.

The staff were incredibly professional and extremely informative. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt confident and comfortable. The birds were absolutely beautiful and clearly very healthy. You can tell they are well cared for, very tame, and handled with love and attention. It was amazing to see how comfortable and social the birds were. Overall, this was truly the best experience I could have asked for. I was so happy to find Kimberly’s!! I was gifted my dad’s bird when he passed away and it has been a learning experience for me. I had a not so good experience at another bird place but Kimberly’s took such good care of my bird!! What a great husband and wife team!! My bird clearly felt right at home and and they were so knowledgeable, they helped me so much. I need people who know about birds and they most definitely do!! I will always support a small business that shows so much love and concern for the animals, and their humans!!
