Chico just back from grooming today.There is before and after picture.love. Love love it. I have been taking Chico to Behappy pets since 3 years ago. Begging was kind of hard to let her know what I want and now she know exactly what I like. I love that she’s grooming by herself and takes time for every dogs. I did introduce with my friend and they l like it too. Thank you Bertha. .

Bertha is very friendly and good with our dog. She lets us know of any issues our dog may have and cares for him as if he was her own. We like the job that she does for is. Buddy know where he is going and has no issues about going there. Bertha shop is very clean.

We’ve been taking our little Luca (Maltipoo mix) to BHappy Pet Grooming for approximately three years now and are very happy with the services provided. Luca doesn’t particularly love being brushed and can be a little feisty, yet Bertha has the patience to take her time and leave him looking great! I’ve been coming to BHAPPY Pets for about 2 1/2 years, and I couldn’t be happier with the grooming experience for my dog, Ozzy! The groomer was incredibly patient, professional, and clearly has a true love for animals. Ozzy can be a bit shy, but he came out looking amazing and was relaxed and happy afterward — which says a lot! His coat was perfectly trimmed, nails done, and he smelled great. Bertha is fantastic! She takes wonderful care of my dog and my parents’ dogs every time and is very consistent with the quality of the grooming every time while remaining gentle and compassionate. One of our dogs is reactive and she even knows how to handle him without excessive force or being afraid, which is rare to find in other pet groomers. She even gives them cute little bandanas after as a nice finishing touch! Highly recommend going to her for all of your pet grooming needs.
