(from Google)Been a regular client for years! Scruffy loves coming here, wags his tail as soon as we arrive to drop him off. Joanne and entire Staff are awesome. FIVE 🌟 STARS!
Gate keeping this place!!! It’s too perfect and the staff are all amazing. They take amazing care of my giant dog
This place is amazing. Usually I can tell if a place is good to my dog because usually we will walk inside and if he doesn't like it, he will let me know by pulling back or whining, here be pulled towards them like he knew he was about to have the best time. Wish there was a grade higher than 5 stars. Amazing.
My dog and cat love this place I’ve been taken them here for years whenever I have to go on vacation or out of town. The food is included and have other add ons
Update: Company called and apologized. Also refunded the extra $20 we paid. First, I was apprehensive to bring our dog here since we are not from the area and I had never seen a setup like theirs (small kennels on concrete pads, not much access to AC, etc.). This scared me overall because it is SoCal and it is HOT! But unfortunately, this place was one of not many options in the area. So we decided to board our dog here for the necessary two nights ($20/night), and paid an extra $10 for two play times ($5/day)... Total of $50. First, I dropped off her vet records a few days prior so drop-off would be quick. At this time, I also paid $25 of the $50 as a deposit- something we were told was required if you are a first time customer. Employee A did not give me a receipt for the deposit but I saw her log it into our account so I didn't think it would be a problem. A few days later, I arrived for drop-off and we owed the other $25 as expected. No problem, now I know for sure that the initial deposit was noted in the account and we are fully paid. Two days later, we arrived for pick-up (around 1pm), and we are asked by employee B to pay the remaining $20 on the account (first, she says she took off $5 since our dog didn't receive play time yet that day... BUT we ALREADY paid in full via cash on the day of drop-off). We explain to her that we have already paid in full. She says she needs to text employee A about the transaction, so we wait 20 minutes while we wait for a response - because she won't let us leave with our dog until our account is paid in full. Well, Employee A must not have logged this transaction into our account because employee B kept insisting that we pay the remaining balance... I don't have a remaining balance. If anything, I should be getting $5 cash back for the play time she didn't receive that day, making my total payments to the business $45, instead of being asked to pay another $20 (including the $5 discount for her absent play date), which would make my total payments to date $70). After two days, I just want my dog back and you're holding her hostage over an EXTRA $20?! I already paid in full... All said and done, this tells me that either: 1. employee A pocketed my second payment of $25 on the day of drop-off, or 2. the drawer was over by $25 at closing and they don't manage their books enough to know that. If you can't manage your money, how can I be sure you'll look after my dog. Learn to manage your business and your finances... Will NEVER bring my dog here again.
