RUDE! I called to check on an order issue, the auto system picked up saying the next associate would be with me soon, someone picked up and all I heard was the phone being shuffled around for approximately 30 seconds (which if u think about it, can be a long time when you are asking 'hello?'). I asked 'is someone there' and they said 'no' and hung up on me. Nice customer service there at Tracor Supply. I called back and actually talked to someone who asked how they could help me....I told them there were 2 issues, one was rude customer service practices of hanging up on callers (I didnt say it, but if u can't talk to someone on the phone, don't answer it) and the other was the real purpose of my call. They told me what they would do regarding the purpose of my call and asked if there was anything else they could do for me so I said yes, address the rude customer service and they hung up AGAIN!

I called ahead and was told they would have chicks on the 12th. A couple days before the 12th, I called again to confirm and was told they didn’t know and didn’t seem willing to check or ask management. I showed up in person and still couldn’t get a clear answer. Today I called and was told they had chicks in stock. I immediately drove over, only to find there were none. The issue isn’t just being out of stock — it’s the lack of effort to provide accurate information. Multiple times I was told “I don’t know” without anyone offering to check or follow up. It cost me time and gas to keep driving out based on incorrect information. I’ve had much better communication and customer service at Feldmans Farm & Home. Unfortunately, this Tractor Supply Company location has been frustrating and a waste of time.

Really enjoy coming in to this location. The staff are always friendly and they put up with our little chihuahuas. They have a good selection of wild bird feeders and bird food. Purchased a pair of Muck boots that were a shoe saver during the summer. Able to fill our propane tanks for the BBQ grill at a reasonable price.

Tractor supply is trying to take all my money lol. I always find something I want/need when I visit for my animal feed and dog food. I love their selection of dog toys/food. They are the only place around here that carries Taste of the Wild, and it's the best price as well. They even beat out Chewy.com! Their plants during the spring and summer are wonderful and well cared for. They have the hot peppers no one else carries! Their chicks always look healthy and are well cared for. Staff is always helpful and very friendly. A clean store with lots of super cute stuff for my home and garden. My girls love their selection of sweets and they are the only place I can find Sifers Valomilk candy!

The women’s bathroom is by far the nastiest bathroom I have seen. Behind the trash can is a huge pile of toilet paper covered in urine. And the store manager treated a young kid employee like crap was yelling at him in front of costumers. Will not be returning to this location.
