Pet Paradise Cary

Pet paradise has always been there for me and gone above and beyond when taking care of Winston. I appreciate their feedback and timely response. Judging from when Winston is dropped off, he’s a huge fan.

Pet Paradise Cary is a gem. We board our dogs & cats there, and I cannot be more pleased. Just recently we had to leave unexpectedly for a family funeral in California, and the pet caregivers were extremely kind and helpful during that difficult time. Staff are consistently attentive to all of our pets & make sure their special needs are accommodated. Watching our loved ones on the pet cam is comforting. The few times I called to check on them, the staff knew them by name and described behaviors that we know are special to their personalities.😊 This let me know they actually do take time getting to know the animals and care for them as if they were their own. The facility is always clean and is well run. I recommend Pet Paradise to all my friends!!!! ❤️

During my dog day, I requested pictures of my dog while he was there. For whatever reason, I did not receive these pictures and mentioned it when I picked up my dog and instead of making it a big deal, the manager was very quick to make it right and was super helpful! My dog loves his experience is there and I love my experience there as well and I always have peace of mind while he’s gone! The customer service is top-tier!

Our dog loves pet paradise for daycare and boarding. He literally sprints towards the door to get in there, staff is always happy and welcoming. They are always willing to provide updates over the phone if we call for questions, and we love being able to watch him in playtime on the cameras.

Pet Paradise has always taken great care of my dog Dakota. She can be a bit hyper so I love the camera system that you can log in and watch them socialize. The staff is great I’ve never had any problems! Check in and pick up is super easy and the price for boarding is fantastic compared to anywhere else! She is exhausted for 2-3 days following her stay, worth the hour drive :)
