Rebecca was friendly, willing to help and provided me with options regarding one of the items I was purchasing. I live in Caguas, but I love the Guaynabo store. Better access to parking, the store is big and well stocked and the associates are an asset for sure.

Registers are a bit slow. Other than that the store is great.

I’ve been going to Petco for many years, but this recent visit really stood out. The store was incredibly clean, and all the animals looked so well taken care of, you can tell the team takes pride in their work. Kudos to Jonathan, the store manager, for keeping everything running so smoothly, and huge kudos to Rebecca, who helped me during my visit. She was so knowledgeable, helpful, and kind, truly made the experience wonderful. This location has definitely become my favorite Petco!
