Vida Veterinary Urgent Care

Vida Vet was amazing! From walking in and being greeted warmly by Kansas, to being helped by Gianna who explained every step in great detail while keeping our emotions in mind, to everyone’s efforts with my menace of a kitty including Dan and Dr. Yuon! Philly also thanks you ☺️

I brought my cat, Felix in for an ultrasound after receiving a recommendation from our vet. While, Vita Vet did not have a radiologist available at the time, Felix and I both received the best care at Vita Vet. They were kind and knowledgeable and even helped us find another emergency vet clinic who did have a radiologist available. Even though we didn’t stay at the practice long nor were we able to use their services, the next day they called to check up on my little guy! They truly care about pets in this hospital and I cannot thank them enough for all they did for Felix and I! I could not recommend them more.

Brought our little guy in for an emergency situation and from start to finish the girls were amazing. So sweet and sympathetic. They made our feeling valid and comforted us during this terrible incident. Can’t recommend them enough!! Thank you Dr Dean & staff for helping our sweet boy 🫶🏼

I took my girl to the emergency care in Salisbury and they had a 6-8 hour wait. I called Vida and they could see her immediately. It was worth the drive! She was seen immediately, they tested her, prescribed medication and we went home. Prices were so fair! Great services and great experience.

We truly cannot say enough about Vida Pet Urgent Care. During one of the hardest moments for our family, they showed such compassion from start to finish. They placed us in a beautiful private room and made sure our sweet Xena was calm and comfortable the entire time. The room was so thoughtfully designed with tissues, a comfy couch, and even Hershey kisses for the pups. It felt peaceful and intentional in every way. Dr. Howell was incredible. She took her time, gently talked us through our doubts, and never made us feel rushed. It would have never felt like the right time, but she made us feel seen, supported, and cared for. We are so grateful to the entire team for the kindness and love they showed our family.
