This is an amazing bicycle park- comes with so many amenities and you just need to pay $2 parking fee to just use it if you drive here. The paved bicycle trails have water stations stocked with ice cold water to use, and lots of options with trails that are very beginner and intermediate friendly. There’s also mountain biking trails which we also tried, it was fun and a great way to start venturing into mountain biking!

With a car-free 7 mile paved loop, and lots of connecting double and singletrack, Flatwoods Park has great options for road, gravel, and mountain biking. Also easy to connect to the Morris Bridge trails to the south. Easy bike access from Tampa Palms via the paved path along the south side of Bruce B Downs Blvd. Check this place out and get back to nature 🌴

Blonde lady driving park ranger truck.. please tap your horn when you are driving past joggers, I don't hear very well and it scared me to see a truck driving that fast past me on a jogging Trail. A simple tap of the horn the way a biker would say, on your left, would suffice. Otherwise, the trail is very clean and I feel safe while using it, thank you.

My go to place for running and biking, I have an annual park pass and been visiting this place every week for over two years now. Park rangers were friendly too. You have water stations with cool water every two miles which makes it more ideal place for summer running.

Perfect trail for biking! As I was riding my bike, I noticed a water station; which I was quite skeptical and suspicious about. But they have the coolers locked up, so the water isn’t tampered with! Water was soooo cold too!! Definitely will come back
