(from Google)This is such a great nature preserve. Lots of wildlife and winding trails to walk on. The perfect hidden gem of a hike in the middle of Frisco
Good escape from the city life. Frisco does have some decent trails in the area, and I'm glad that I got to hike one of them.
This hardly qualifies as a park - more of a parking lot with a dirt trail. Interesting trash and structures left around. Could be something great! I would encourage the developers to conserve the pond. We could hear frogs singing and spawning today.
An excellent trail (big bluestem trail) for a pleasant morning stroll. Although the roads are not yet paved, walking is not uncomfortable. Although the trail is mostly level, there are a few brief height changes. While it is wide open and has plenty of trees and flora, it can be a little noisy because of the area's proximity to the roadways. Additionally, it appears to be pet-friendly, and the area is full with kind, smiling individuals. Enjoy your hike!
Nice and easy hike, about a mile long. Doesn't loop back around so you have to go back the same way you came. Nice for a little walk after work or maybe your morning jog. Easy hike for kids of all ages to.
