Purchased an air compressor and they insisted I get the warranty for almost $200 which I did. Today it would not start and guess what? Took it to the store and they gave me a number to call and won't take it in. I called and Power Plus Protection from tractor supply transferred me to Dewalt customer service which just as you guessed is impossible to reach. So their protection plan is a scam DO NOT BUY IT!!!

Brought my two dogs for pet wash , was told two people were in front of me which was fine , went to get my dogs , came back and other people that had just walked in went into the pet wash , no waiting . Employees need to have some type of control of this. I was just told I had to wait in line . Which I would have but had to go back for my dogs . Won’t be coming back to a place where they don’t keep some type of order.

I usually visit the Edinburg location, but since their pet wash station was out of service, I decided to try this location instead. Before heading over, I called to confirm that they had a pet wash station, and I was assured that they did. I was also told to arrive before 7:00 p.m., as the store closes at 8:00 p.m. I arrived at 6:30 p.m., but there was no customer service cashier available. I had to walk around the store to find him. When I told him I wanted to purchase a pet wash, he rudely informed me that the pet wash station closes at 7:00 p.m. I explained that I had just called and repeated what I was told over the phone, but he ignored my explanation and simply repeated that they close at 7:00. I eventually had to insist before he reluctantly agreed to sell me the pet wash. I understand if there is a policy in place, but this location needs to clearly communicate it to all employees so customers receive consistent information. I felt rushed and overwhelmed the whole time I was there. Honestly, if I hadn’t driven 30 mins to get there I would have just left. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this location. Please do better.

TSC has items for every household need. Excellent tool department as well as small engine tools and parts. Pet and animal supplies of all kinds. Intense nut and bolt department as well as a great selection of quality clothing items. Bought a tool chest today and love it. Our pets are happy with their new beds. Very friendly staff! Very nice, new, bright and shinny store! Employee's are very friendly and helpful. Very nice dig wash area with towels provided. Highly recommend this store!
