What a scenic hike. I felt like I kept seeing MacOS desktop wallpapers everywhere 🤣. Worth it to try once in your life. Saw other people walking their dogs. Some spaces might be cramped so give some space in case of reactive dogs (yours or theirs). Parking is free street parking in a residential neighborhood. I think this might be a little intimidating for beginner hikers since there is some elevation and rough terrain. Wear your hiking shoes.
