(from Google)Very beautiful and peaceful spot, until the chp academy across the river starts drilling, parking lot is as small as the sand embankment you have to share, hottest sand eve with my hobbit like feet it was burning me! The beauty and calmness is worth it though!
The park was okay overall. It has some nice open space and a decent view, but it felt a bit basic and not very well maintained in some areas. It’s fine for a quick stop or short walk, but not really a destination I’d go out of my way for.
Beautiful place to spend quality time family, Specially with kids. Also I seen person catching around 10 fishes in hardly 2 hours. So it’s a very good fishing spot too.
Nice little hidden treasure..not too many people know about this place so it is typically uncrowded. It has a shallow area where you can let small kids play and because it is shallow the water can get a little warmer. Best part is sand everywhere. The entire beach has sand. Fisherman love this place and I have never been here and not seen someone fishing.
This appealing, albeit small, sandy area presents a significant safety concern due to its steep drop-off into the water and higher bank due to the current elevated water levels. Make sure your children wear life vests, as the risk of accidental falls is pretty high. Furthermore, the lack of restroom facilities and the unkempt grass detract from the overall experience. While the waterfront location is ideal for fishing, the swift current and steep incline necessitate extreme caution.
