I'm writing to correct an earlier review based entirely on my emotions. I have a wonderful Labrador that is my world. I had a moment of self-doubt, mistrust, and anger because my dog has birth defects. I have a hard time sitting back and not trying to do something for him, to make him comfortable as possible. I tend to forget that there are things he was born without, and had he been more whole, there could be more done for him. I talked shit about Dr. Matt and his experience, at the time what I thought was his lack of "give a damn", and that he had written my boy off early on. Both Dr. Matt and his father, a fireball that reminds me of me... When I was a little kid, geez I hope to have his energy, have told me what, to me, was a hard thing to hear about my boy. "Don't play fetch with him," was the same as the tolling of the bells for the doomed. There was other advice that helped, at the time seemed so slight and uncomfortable, but they have been correct all along. I want to thank you, Dr. Matt, for the care of my best friend. I'm blackballed from three other veterinarians can I have no confidence in about four others after doing a small tour of trying to find someone closer that could maybe answer all of my questions about my dog. Not one of these vets impress me enough to make me want to stay. Even the ones I have no choice but to stay away from, were impotent inr some manner that I could not jive, dig? To Dr. Matt, Dr. Humason, Melinda, and all else who dedicate their time and support to my Guss, I lack the words, hell... There aren't any words from any language on this planet, except octopus... Of course the majority don't speak octopangish, that I can use to convey my deepest, sincerest thanks for your gracious and bitchen acts of kindness and hope. It makes that one step that much easier everyday. Thank you, be safe, be good, and thank you for being. ~APPLAUSE~

Took good care of my 12-year-old fur baby who needed her teeth cleaned and an extraction. Like always they do wonderful work and I’m very confident putting her in their hands! They charge a fair price the work they do.

They are airways great. They were booked, yet still squeezed my mini horse that was presenting with choke in that day. I'm truly appreciative of them. Great vets and great staff.

We love Lone Oak. They always care for our animals and have done so for years. They've been with us during the worst days when it was the end of a beautiful life and the best days when we start a new journey with a puppy. They show compassion and treat our animals great.
