Pet Paradise Chattanooga

They have been so amazing at taking care of my dog! They have done their best at making her feel comfortable since its her first time being boarded. We will definitely be using them again!

I was so hesitant about a boarding place because Murphy is my first dog( my baby) but I HIGHLY recommend this place. They were so understanding, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Reilly was outstanding. He answered all of my questions and gave us a wonderful tour. Ariahna was so kind and helpful. She made me feel comfortable about leaving him for the day. They have such great information packets and safety protocols for all the dogs. We got a report card with pictures at the end of his stay. They treated Murphy with so much kindness. Highly recommend this place. You can tell they invest so much time and effort in each individual dog. Thank you!

My dogs love getting groomed here. Alyssa does a wonderful job with my Irish doodle! My beagle gets the deshed treatment and is so soft afterwards! I would highly recommend pet paradise in ooltewah.

This is the second time we have used Pet Paradise for boarding for our dog. I was really hoping to give them 5 stars this time but alas the same lack of trust from the first time happened again. The first time and this time we boarded our dog we signed up for furever connected for every other day. We only received it on the last day. The first time we needed to fight to get it off our bill. This time at least since they decided even though we triple checked they had it scheduled since they decided they could not be bothered they took it off our bill before we picked him up. They also took the treats we asked for off the bill since they couldn’t be bothered with that either. The assistant manager acted like oh well no big deal. What he fails to understand leaving my dog there who is part of my family is built on trust. When they can’t be bothered to do the services they offer and we ask for how do we build trust?

We have used Pet Paradise several times for boarding as well as daycare and have been pleased until today. We dropped Piper off Wednesday morning before taking a mini vacation in South Carolina, We received a call about an hour and a half later that while playing she had been bitten by another dog. They told me that they were taking her to the vet and would keep me updated, they called to report that she did not need stitches and that they put her on an antibiotic and cleaned her up. She did not require stitches, I received a call the next day saying that she was doing well, though there was still a little bit of oozing from the site. She was unable to play with the other dogs for the rest of the time, and when we picked her up today, I was absolutely shocked by her appearance when they handed her to us. After being charged the full rate, they bring my dog out that looks like she has been sitting/laying in her own urine for several days. When we put her in the car, the entire car smelled like urine. I am mortified to think that my dog who had been bitten by another dog was laying in urine/dirty water and basically handed her to me like she were perfectly great. I would’ve been absolutely embarrassed to bring a dog out to their owner looking like this. We will never be back needless to say.
