could’ve had a great grooming service if they kept my pets records properly filed. i just had my dog groomed in february with no issues other than an ungroomed tail, which i let go because my dog is comfortable there. i go back today for my scheduled appointment, and they ask me for rabies records they already have that are not on my person. she had a shiny new rabies tag on her collar with the vets phone number for confirmation if they needed it eventually. my dog is severely grown out and we’ve been waiting for this appointment for weeks just to be turned away at the door for a paper they should already have. i have since deleted all my records with this facility and will not be returning.

I love bringing my dog here to get groomed. McKenzie is awesome. She always does a terrific job with Curly. I highly recommend this business.

Linnea has been awesome! My dog has been challenging in the past with other groomers, and Linnea has been willing to work with him and form a relationship that has helped my dog be a lot more comfortable at the groomers. I’m really appreciative that she took the time and challenge of grooming him, she truly cares about dogs and the work she does. She does a stellar job cutting their hair look how cute my boy is.

I brought my long-haired cat here for the first time, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! She came out looking absolutely gorgeous — so clean and with a beautiful haircut. The service was wonderful from start to finish. The ladies who work there were very pleasant, attentive, and made sure all our needs were met. They even suggested a few services I hadn’t thought about, which made the visit even better. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful service for our sweet Julia every time! Miranda B treats our girl as if she were her own. She provides consistent love and care every 5-6 weeks and as needed. Courtney P also provided the same care when MB was unavailable. Each staff person greets us with friendliness and professionalism. You can see how much they enjoy taking care of our “babies”.
