After being told by penny paws that my dog was heartworm positive. Brought both of my dogs here, dr and staff were understanding and kind. They re tested to be sure and my dogs ended up being negative! Very kind and informative staff, quoting for heartworm treatment was very affordable. Bought heartworm prevention! Thank you again!

They make everything such a smooth and pleasant experience. It is hard to find great customer service these days, and they consistently go above and beyond. Took my cat in for a swollen eye didn’t really know the cause .. doctor was very nice and informative .. prescribed my cat some eye drops and gave her some shots. Her eye was looking better that same week Paid about $175 …

Very affordable, probably most affordable in town. The Drs and staff are kind. Waiting time can vary, sometimes I am in and out in an hour others I’m there for 2-3hrs. It just depends. It’s not a quick clinic but for good care and not to big a dent in my pocket I’m okay with the wait. I hope they expand one day or get the proper equipment to be able to do everything in house. Like ultrasounds and minor surgeries.

They have the most affordable exam fee I have found at 45$. They are very attentive and nice at the front desk
