Lorena's Happy Tails Pet Spa

Was just there today. Lorena takes such pride in her work. Shes been grooming my fur baby for over 12 years. She’s simply the BEST!

Our dog has been going there for three years and we will never bring him back again. We called three times last week and again twice this week to make an appointment for him. This morning Lorenna told me to bring him at 12:00. When my husband paid the bill she charged an extra $10.00 because she said we didn’t have an appointment! I am appalled that Lorenna would treat a regularr customer this way!

Lorena is amazing. Our french bulldog has a bit of anxiety, so I was a bit nervous the first time we brought her. When I picked Lilly up, she was so happy and was comfortable in Lorena's arms. Lilly also looked and smelled fabulous.

After reading all the great reviews we decided to bring our standard poodle here for the first time today. Lorena was professional, caring and fast! Our previous groomer would usually have our dog for 4-5 hours (long days for him). All I have to say is he looks and smells great! We have definitely officially switched our groomer! Thank you 😊

this is the best groomer in the world hands-down. I have a really difficult dog he was a rescue he has massive anxiety getting groomed is one of the worst experiences for him ever. I have never met somebody as patient as all of the workers at Lorenas. My little boy can get a little bit nasty And they are just amazing with him. He really is the sweetest little boy but grooming is traumatic for him.
