Saling's Obedience School

This small family owned business help me in extraordinary ways, they helped me really understand my dog. They really gave me a completely new perspective how my dog sees and how I can teach and approach them.. They made me extremely proud and happy of the progress I made with my dog and glad that I chose Saling’s obedience dog training. Would recommend!

After feeling hopeless and exhausted with training as a first time puppy parent, S.O.S. was recommended to me. I decided to enroll my 7-month-old Cavapoo, and what I learned has truly changed my relationship with my dog for the better. The training gave me tools I can use for the rest of his life, and I now feel empowered and confident as a dog owner. My puppy has learned so much, and I’m grateful to Brenda at S.O.S. for helping us grow together.

The trainers use positive reinforcement and yummy snacks. I have used this group for 35 years to train my puppies, for agility, and taken my dogs into the obedience competitions and won. Working with S.O.S. my dogs and I have a never ending bond. My dogs are anxious to please after training. I am currently training my newest pup to become a Therapy dog and give back to my community. I have had a LONG successful history with Michael & Brenda Saling, owners and trainers of Salings Obedience school. I first met Brenda way back in 1992 where we began training with Travis McGee as a puppy, next was McGee’s pal Meyer who also began obedience trading with Brenda as a puppy. Meyer also became a first place confirmation winner but his claim to fame was being a weekly therapy dog at Shriners Children’s hospital for 11 years. Sadly all three are gone now; Travis, Meyer & Shriners. But the third puppy Brenda trained was Spencer & his role in my life now is my constant companion & best Buddy ever! The love and devotion they have for ALL dogs in helping them become your best Buddy can’t be compared. They offer classes and individual training sessions, give them a call you will NOT be disappointed.

Over the years, I have heard nothing but Excellent School for dogs. What can I say about Brenda and Saling Obedience School? Professional school for my silly boys. I have been going to Saling since my boys were 8 weeks old. To this day we are still training for the Good Canine Certification. Mind you I have 2 German Shepherd boys. Brenda has done a wonderful job in training them and they LOVE HER! She even helps with other questions you may have about your pet. I even recommended her to the breeder for new fur babies. Brenda is the BEST IN TOWN and you will not regret your decision. Thank you Brenda for everything!
