(from Google)Always a great experience here with Dr. Meyers and her staff. They always treat my babies like they were their own. We cannot thank Dr Myers and her amazing staff enoughfor what they did for us. We had to let our Kayla goto heaven and her team was awesome with assistance in this, We were very comfortable and never rushed. We cannot thank them enough for helping us through this difficult time.
New receptionist will say they aren't booked when asked directly if they are or not. Told me I could ask for a call back after the vet was done with surgery, I wait hours to call back (had to myself!) and find out that not only is the vet gone, but she never told anyone about it. I had a serious problem my fur baby needed help with and she couldn't be bothered to tell the truth. I hope she will be reminded that she's working with lives and to take it seriously. If you guys are booked that's fine (everyone honestly is right now), but don't wait out what hours could be their last, have the decency to say they should look elsewhere. Immediately making an untrustworthy first impression, I don't feel my animal will be safe here if the receptionist feels saying anything is alright, please fix this problem for anyone else who might have a serious problem. These are peoples "kids", actual lives that shouldn't be put on hold so you get customers. Thank you.
They are the best as the staff is very kind and friendly and know their stuff. Their prices for services are workable and they won't force you to put down your loving pets like Amigo would. This is a generational location so they have many many years of experience to back them. I will only bring my cats there and nowhere else.
I have lived all over the place and used Vet's. Boston, Denver, Tampa to name a few places. Moving to a new place is always hard finding a Vet you can trust. My furry family grew, and I now have a husky and a yorkie. The yorkie needed the works- neutering, dental work, all the shots, micro chip and probably more. Not only was the staff professional, but they were friendly, knowledgeable, and very good at communicating things to me. I ALWAYS appreciate any medical professional who calls after work was done to check in. Need a vet? Go here!!!
Best vet we ever had! Even as we moved further away will still come here. More than accommodating. Very knowledgeable, friendly & make you feel like the only patient even though I know they're very busy. They do everything possible, give direct, accurate info. Words can not explain how satisfied we are with all the great care we have had over the years if coming. We have 2 larger dogs & one cat. We have the up most respect for everyone there and everything they do. Thank you for always being the absolute best! Update: As time has passed, & we now have only one dog left in the family, everything above is even more true today. We appreciate all of your time & efforts! We would never go elsewhere!
