I’ve been a customer for many years and had consistently positive experiences in the past. Since the ownership change, I’ve noticed significant differences in pricing, the rewards program, and overall customer experience. With three dogs visiting twice a month, costs add up quickly. Basic services are routinely over $90 per visit (not including tip), and the rewards program is complicated enough that it doesn’t yield rewards. Many visits are over $100 due to mandatory add-ons. I’m also concerned about communication around grooming instructions. On one occasion, my Labradoodle was nearly shaved down because instructions were misunderstood, yet the charge was still over $80. That experience and many others reduced my confidence. I shared these concerns but they were not addressed. Posting this review so others who value clear communication and predictable pricing can take it into consideration.

The first impression counts a lot! When I called to inquire about services, Pedro was very caring about my kid dog and knowledgeable. He has excellent customer service skills. I booked the appointment and brought my little princess in for a full pampering bath. They did an excellent job! They took excellent care of her, and she was so happy she even was singing when they were taking care of her. They told me. When I picked her up, she was happy. All the staff are very nice and caring. My kid dog is very clean and smells so good! Her nails were very well trim. I love it! Thank you so much! We need more caring people like you guys in places like this where we bring our dog kids to pamper them!! You can book your appointments for your dogs kid here, you won't regret it! The Woof Gang Carrollwood employees are fantastic! When I walk in, Pedro will greet me with a smile. Monica is sweet when she grooms Piper and understands her puppy anxiety. We always discuss how she is to be groomed in case there are any changes or special requests, like not cutting her eye lashes! Another plus is that the grooming only takes 1-1.5 hours. We love Woof Gang Carrollwood!

I came in to find something for my friend's dog. What an amazing selection of handcrafted cookies in every conceivable design and shape! The spa was busy full of doggies getting pretty and clean while I looked at pet supplies and gift cards for pet sitters. I finally settled on cookies that looked like a birthday cake and a hamburger! Van accessible free parking in parking lot shared with other venues.

My wife found this groomers online and we needed to bring our pup in who had his nails starting to hook back into his paws. Our dog is really sensitive with people being near his paws, mouth. On our visit Kelly (I hope I spelled it correctly) was able to take care of his nails before his anxiety was kicking and she recommended some CBD for him (and product was easily available as well to buy at the location) and trying again another day. She really did care for his comfort and also for his well being. Pedro was there on both days and was able to inform us on info with the CBD product and was very friendly and attentive. And Monica who took care of our dog as well on his return visit and got him with the best coat we have seen on him ever. Everyone is very friendly, personable and they really care for the puppers brought to their location. It's also a really cute store with treats and all sorts of fun stuff to buy for the dogs or cats.
