HI-BK Doggy Daycare

Have never found a dog daycare that I feel as safe leaving my dog at during work hours. Not only is it impeccably clean and spacious, but they pay such close attention and show great care and kindness to all the dogs. Our dog cannot wait to return every time. One of my favorite things about HI-BK is everyone who works there really gets to know every dog personally. The owners are on-site; this is a mom and pop operation, not a corporate space. I’m so glad we found them and I recommend them to everyone I know.

My dog has been going to HI-BK for a couple years now, and it’s her home away from home. The staff are very professional and attentive, the facility is always clean and a comfortable temperature for the dogs, and the daily Instagram stories are adorable and fun to follow. Whenever you pick up your dog you get an update on who they played with that day :-) Also they are very on top of things like up-to-date vaccinations, which is reassuring. I’m always confident my dog is safe and sound!

The staff at Hi BK are kind, wonderful people. They care about each dog that comes in and keep the owners well informed about how their dogs handle daycare. When my dog first started going, he had to do a trial session to determine if he could handle a full day. Turned out he hasn't ready and he only went for half days for a while until the staff felt like he was ready. And now he can handle a full day with no problem. Their system is great and they look out for the whole school of dogs, while at the same time giving each one so much love.

I have been taking my puppy to HI-BK for about a month now (for daycare and grooming), and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this daycare! It's very obvious that their team is not only professional, but incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely concerned for the well-being of every dog in their care. It seems everyone I've interacted with has taken the time to get to know my pup's personality, and it shows every time we arrive (she is always so excited to enter the space and she adores every person that greets her). Highly recommend HI-BK to anyone looking for exceptional care for their pups. 💚

Out of all the doggie daycares in our area, HI-BK was the only one where our pup, Toby, would be visibly excited about. He’s attended this daycare since they opened and had zero issues. The actual space itself is large, clean, and thoughtfully designed with curated items for sale. They would also occasionally have pop-up events for the holidays or to support small business owners like the custom dog necklace one that I had to go to because it was so unique. Whenever we had to be out of town, we would board Toby at HI-BK because we knew he would be safe and cared for by Richmond, Geraldine, and their staff. Richmond and Geraldine have practically seen Toby grow up (although he still stayed small in size) and he adores them so you know they’re doing something right.
